Give me 2 healthy eating guidelines for a pregnant woman.?

Fruits, veggies, dairy, whole grains, some lean meat/fish. Stay away from sweets, fats and processed foods with unpronounceable ingredients. Also avoid:

Fish with high mercury content (google for a list)
Sushi (parasites)
Lunch meat - ok if heated to steaming (listeria)
Undercooked meat (any pink could be contaminated)
Green tea (thins the blood)
Soft, unpasteurized cheeses

Feel free to fill in any that I'm forgetting...

Eat frequently and snack healthy. Never consume sushi or raw meats while pregnant.

Well basically just try to eat healthy, lots of fruits an veggies and proteins. But also follow your cravings just dont go overboard with them. And eat when you are hungry.
