Ok...I need a website that specifically shows that chevys are better than fords. So id like specs that show specific evidence that chevys are better than fords. please help
The only real evidence is experience with the brands.
The Chevy vs Ford argument isn't an argument that a person can defend with evidence. Whichever is better is based on previous owner's experiences, trends, and tendancies between the two.
Chevy has a tendency to make more powerful engines out of the box (usually a lot of torque) with more "old skool" technology. Overhead valves were used for a long time, never went to single or dual overhead camshafts like Ford. Chevy also never made too many changes with their engines.
Chevy's transmissions tend to last longer than Fords.
Neither had a very good diesel pickup for a long time. This was one thing that Dodge always had the edge on since they used Cummins.
Chevy was the first to incorporate a 3rd door on extended cab pickups, though I think Ford had the first crew cab 1/2 ton.
Chevy's AC Delco OEM parts last a very long time. Big reason why Chevy is so dependable and long-lasting.
Chevy's don't break down too often (to the point where it leaves you stranded). Ford could never beat Chevy in this regard, hence, the nickname Found On Road Dead. A lot of times when something goes wrong with a Chevy, you can still at least drive it home or to the shop.
Through my experience, Chevy has made solid vehicles. Granted, you need some money to keep them running right, but they really don't let you down.
