which is ALWAYS true? A. At least 99% of the population falls within 2 standard deviations of the mean
B. At most 5% of the population doesn't fall within 2 standard deviations of the mean
C. At least 32% of the population doesn't fall within 2 standard deviations of the mean
D. At most 1% of the population does not fall within 2 standard deviations of the mean

This question is driving me crazy! haha I'm just not sure... Thanks for your help in advance!
There was also an option E. The mean is 0 and the standard deviation is 1, but I nixed that because I thought that was only true if it was standard and normal. And there's only 1 right answer, so that makes me think it must NOT be A or D haha :)
