GMC ENVOY 4X4 Jam when turn steering complete right or left !?

i have GMC envoy Xl 4x4 when i turn full right or left on 4 wheel option car stuck n not move unless i press some more accelerator n when i remove my feet from accelerator car stop .. its like car get jam while steering full turn to right or left all i wanna know is that happen with all 4x4 or just mine having some problem ..Note : This problem solved when i switch into 2 wheel drive option !
 
this condition is completely normal for all 4x4s and if you drive it on dirt
you will notice the "jamming" will go away because the dirt allows the front tire to slip just a little.(the front drive line is actually binding a little due to the inner tire traveling a shorter distance than the outer tire to make the turn.professionally known as "steering axis enclination").it only occures when the 4x4 is engaged

this is actually a good way to verify if your 4 wheel drive system is working with out needing to find a steep hill....but you should
try to avoid tight turns on pavement with the 4 wheel drive engaged....it is not designed for such use.....
