Hi I'm 17 years old 5'10 and weigh 148LBs I bought this mass Gainer because I want to put on some extra pounds in muscle.. My goal is to weigh at about 155-165lbs. Is this a good protein to take? How often should I take it ? I work out 3-4 days a week for 2hours weight training. I don't want to gain alot of fat so I will be doing cardio workouts the days I'm not weight training.
