Gnc products for woman, drinks ect. Before and after the gym?

Are there any woman's protein,energizers,drinks ect at gnc or other stores that you would recommend before and after the gym
weight loss, toning, building muscle.

Sure I can recommend a lot of supplements, but what are your goals? Tell me your goals and I'll tell you everything I know about what you can/cannot take and should/should not take. email me your goals so it is easier to talk with you.

EDIT-
Well you want energy? Eat some fruit about 1 hr before you work out, then 30mins before you work out take a supplement called Jack3d. It is good for energy.
After you work out take some whey protein isolate -gnc brand is the best bang for buck. If you do not like the thick taste, then go for some carnivore, it is beef protein and also found at gnc.

There is NOTHING like a good diet. Supplaments help a bit, but you have to do it all on your own. You also do not want the side effects of taking heavy duty supplaments. Train hard, do a lot of cardio, eat lean and healthy. A multivitamin would be good, something with a lot of B vitamins. If you are training hard, take some whey protein powder after your workouts. Gold whey standard is good and very versatile, you can also try a natural or vegan brand or something like that.
