I have been trying to grow my hair out for the past year after a horrible hair cut. I thought that SHN vitamins might help but was wondering if anyone has tried either of these or both at some point and would recommend one over the other and why.
I have been using the GNC SHN vitamins for about 6 weeks but I am due to get more soon and was thinking about switching. I think they are helping but I've also heard great things about the Ultra Nourish-hair and they are cheaper.
Any suggestions?
