Goals of Christianity, Judaism and Islam?

So this is my question:
I need to know what the members of these three religions expect after they die. What do they think will happen to them? And how do they have to live their lives to achieve this goal?
I know that christs expect their soul to arrive at the afterworld after they die, but only if they have lived their live according to the 10 commandments. But is that all? I think there is a little more detailled explanation for this but I just can't find one.
As for Judaism and Islam I can't find a decent explanation at all, except for the fact that they want to build the kingdom of god?
I really need to know this for school so I'm happy if you can answer anything of that.

The ten commandments are the core of the "old" covenant that was a legal contact between God and the Israelites (Jews). Christians are not a party to this covenant, and that covenant ended.

Christ expects Christians to live by faith. Faith is belief; believing God, believing God's inspired Word.

Judaism is/was a works oriented religion where they had to comply with the conditions of the old covenant.

Islam is also a works oriented religion where, if you jump through the proper hoops, kill a few infidels, you have your ticket to paradise and all the virgins you want for your hedonistic eternity.

Neither Judaism or Islam addresses the heart that we are born with; a heart of stone -- an unconverted heart.
