going on a vacation with 2 toddlers and an infant next month?

we have 3 year old twin girls & an infant and have never been on a real vacation with them. we have gone on flights to go see grandma (around a 2 hour flight) but next month we are flying to Hawaii with them (2 hour flight to grandma's with an overnight visit, then a 6 hour flight to Hawaii for a 2 week stay) anyone have any tips for flying & vacationing with young kids? should i get a stroller that my twins can go in so they don't get tired walking everywhere? what kind of sunscreen is best for them?
