so i am turning 21 in june and me and 3 other friends decided to go to las vegas. however, we cant decide which hotel to stay at! i DO NOT want to go to palms or hard rock hotel because they are off the strip. so what is a good party hotel ON the strip for people in their 20s like me? btw. i would like one with a nice pool but the pool is not a huge concern.
