Hey everyone,
Probably my favorite thing in the world is going on fishing/camping trips down to Spruce Knob West Virginia. I'm looking for some new, interesting and good recipes to try out on my next trip. I love cooking and love it even more when I'm cooking over a fire. I have a tripod fire grill that holds a little grade that hangs over the fire so you can cook things without actually puttng them on the fire.

Usually my menue consists of fire pies(taking bread and buttering one side and toasting it then puting either some sort of pie filling or pizza sauce with cheese and pepperoni in them)

I cook the fish we catch by taking aluminum foil, spraying it with butter pam and sprinkle salt, pepper, and creole seasoning on it, then laying the cleaned fish with the skin still on, on the foil, then putting butter on them, wrapping them in the foil, then cooking them over the fire)<-probably the best fish you'll ever have, we go trout fishing so that's usually the fish we eat down there

French onion soup (cuttin a hole in a large onion and placing a beef broth cube in it, then putting butter in the hollowed out hole, then covering the entire onion with butter, wrapping it in foil, then cooking it until the broth cube dissolves)

deer steaks/burgers

cheesy potatoes (taking potatoes and cutting them up into small chunks, place them in foil, throw in some butter, cheese wiz, and shredded chees, and cook them over the fire, then mash them up after they are done cooking)

Ok so that's all i've got, does anyone have any good recipes that I could try out on my next trip?

Thanks!
