So, I'm 13 and I have bumps on my belly. Like, I'm not fat, I just need toning down. I want to wear a bikkini and fit into clothes the right way. What are some good excersises I could do? I don't have a ton of time, I'm already out in the barn all day. How long should these take to work? Thanks in advance.
