Good multiplayer apps for iPhone/iPad?

I'm looking for a good multiplayer app that can preferably be played over bluetooth. I personally like games that you get a character/object and you get to upgrade that thing, and when you play over the internet, you can use your own customized stuff. Thanks in advance! I personally really enjoy Clash of Clans. It takes a lot of patience, but so do many multiplayer games. I also enjoyed a game called Star Warcraft which was a shooting game that was surprisingly good for a free game. The only problem was the incredible amount of space it took up and that it force closed every now and then. I hope you enjoy the games!
