Just want some good salmon recipes, it's my favorite kind of fish lol. But I don't mind getting other fish recipes..as long as it's not lake fish such as cat fish, etc. I personally think they taste like dirty water. lol. So...preferably ocean fish recipes. :) Thanks!

Just a good cut of salmon, maybe some filleys, covered with extra virgin and seasoned with some lemon juice and a couple herbs and spices (rosemary/thyme/parsley or maybe oregano/garlic) or skip all that jazz and salt and pepper to taste. Grill it (harder than you'd think) or pan-sear it than bake for about 15 mintutes at 300.

Put the salmon on a large piece of aluminum. Bring the edges up so no liquid can escape. Add olive oil, capers, lemon, and other spices. Cover the salmon with the aluminum and but on the grill for 40 min on medium. I love lettuce.

Salmon is awesome!

Lemony Grill Salmon
½ cp honey
¼ lemon juice
¼ cp unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp grated lemon peel
½ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
8 lemon slices (3/4 in thick)

In a small bowl, combing the first seven ingredients. Pour 2/3 cp into a large resealable plastic bag, add salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Arrange lemon slices on rack. Drain and discard marinade. Place each salmon fillet over two lemon slices.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 min. Brush with some of the reserved marinade. Grill 10-15 min longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.

BROILED SALMON WITH LEMON - DILL SAUCE

4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets
Salt and pepper to taste

LEMON - DILL SAUCE:

4 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. chopped dill
1 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. bottled clam broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat broiler. Rinse salmon steaks under cold water; pat dry on paper toweling; lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on lightly oiled broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, about 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily, turning once with spatula. Place salmon on heated plates and keep warm.

Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and mustard. Add broth gradually, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and boil 2 minutes. Stir in dill.

Beat egg yolk in a small bowl. Stir a few tablespoons hot sauce into egg yolk, then add to butter mixture in saucepan; heat, stirring constantly, just to boiling, but do not boil. Stir in lemon juice. Pour sauce over salmon.
