good titles for a romance novel?

I'm writing a novel about two doctors who become lovers, but im completely stuck on a name. the main themes are:
-romance
-sex
-intelligence
-career
-addiction
-parenthood
-adulthood
-growing up
-trauma
-medicine
-Authority

I want something really that sums up the first four. Either something small like Ian McKellan's book "atonement" or something like "friends with benefits" or even something like Nick Hornby's book "About a boy"
Any help will be much appreciated.
