good waist size.......?

I am 21 years old and 5 feet 1 inch and i weight 114lbs at night. I would like to know if my waist size is good. It is between 26-27 inches. Does that sound like a good size? or should i lose weight?

If it helps my measurements are as follows..
34B
26-27 inch waist
39-40 inch hips
