Good way to Lose 20 Lbs?

im fourteen and i really need to lose some weight i weigh about 150-ish lbs but in my opinion i dont look fat anwayss i really really feel it would be healthy for me to lose 20-30 lbs if anyone has any suggestions to help they would be greatly apreciated thxx
 
jog in the morning for 2 miles.

lose weight like that.

and go on the subway diet. it really works!@
