Got a cross platform app written for Symbian , Blackberry and iOS now what do I do?

Had a biz idea, so got a freelancer to start writing an app, I want to take it commercial as soon as I'm done and push it to businesses. Im aware there are probably licensing issues that I need to consider , with Nokia etc. or aren't there? What do I do now?
