its and hp we got it for wireless broadband. it has windows 7 im assuming. anyway my only prob is it wont let me change the wallpaper. now i know in reality this is just a big cell phone and some cell phones you can change more stuff than others. but this still bugs me. is there a way around it or am i stuck? or am i just having a blonde moment?
