here's the scenario:

if a person has a zit and places a hot rag over the area, then cuts open the area with sterile nail clippers. after which he bandaids it and waits for a day or 2. when he comes back it seems as if the zit moved closer to the area that was cut open or rather closer to the edge of the skin.

just out of curiosity, if in fact this did happen, would it be because the hot rag made the area that much softer? at the second time point, it seems easier to pop than if i were just to come straight out and pop it.

hope i didn't gross anyone out, it's just something kinda interesting that i have always been curious about.

That is a terrible way to pop a zit. The oil accumulates in a different spot because the blood clot from cutting that area also initiates a clog. I have the best way, seriously.

Use a sewing needle to prick the middle of the zit, only enough to be able to squeeze the puss out. This method will decrease healing time and wont leave a huge red wound on your face. Next, use a styptic pencil to stop the bleeding and woo-zing. You can buy it in the shaving section. This will help prevent the scab and infection. In fact, the styptic pencil is also good for those times when you mess with a zit, but have to quickly go out in public. It stops the bleeding almost instantly, but burns like hell for a second.
