Graphics Driver Question?

I own a laptop:
HP G42 Notebook PC
Intel Core i3CPU [email protected] (4CPUs)
4096MB RAM

My Graphics Driver is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6300. I installed a graphic driver update and my driver changed to ATI Radeon HD 6300.

Does it have any bad effects?
