Greeting card "embedded" in an email - no link, no attachment?

I got an email at Christmas with a "greeting card" that was part of the email. It was one page, and it didn't require a link or an attachment, it was just there when I opened the email. I'd like to send a Valentine's Day greeting to my clients today; any ideas how to do this? Thank you!
