I missed the last two episodes. I saw the one tonight and was kind of lost. Who the frick is Rose. I know she is Mcdreamy's new "lover". BUT WHO SHE THIN SHE IS?! And what happened to Izzy and George? I thought they were together. Finally, is Meredith seeing shrink? And I know I can watch the episodes on ABC, but I've got exams so I need to study. :) Your help would be great!

Rose was a nurse on Derek's surgeries. Meredith and Derek "broke up". Meredith got mad because he started seeing Rose when she thought they were still dating.
Izzy and George agreed to wait till later. They didn't think they were ready.
As of the last episode before the strike Meredith wasn't seeing a shrink so that's a new thing.
BTW did you see the preview???!!

To add to first answer, Izzy and George were trying to hard and realized that they didn't have chemestry for now. I am thinking that Izzy and Christina are in a bit of a spat. I think they need to bring in some new guys for the girls to date.

It is set 6 weeks late Rose is a nurse that talked to Derek during a surgery and fixed a computer he needed for his surgery Izzie and George went back to being friends they said if it works out later ok she is seeing a shrink but didn't really say why any more questions email this episode was not the best by the way Bailey and her husband are seperated and the baby almost died because he went looking for his mother and a bookself fell on him a "faith healer" healed him
