Guitar Hero wii III, how beat the Devil at guitar battle w.out playing him?

I hate this whole hell stage, it actually annoys me (ironic), & i cant beat the boss coz the wammy's a bit stuffed & is a bit too hard. This is on easy. Dont judge, i just bought the game yesterday ok? :D
Is there any way you can cheat or glitch your way past that boss? Pleeeeease? That wont destroy the console btw?
& is that the end of career mode anyways? Can you unlock all the songs w.out finishing?
