...they'll get them both on? Ok I'll post the link for you to read the full story. But basicly a guy gets shot, so he hijacks a taxi cab and chases his shooter down and runs his a$$ over haha thats freaking awesome. My question is, who will get charged with a higher crime, and does the judge take into account that the guy ran over the guy who SHOT him, rather then just some random person? lol

Vehicular Manslaughter AND Grand Theft Auto (Attempted Murder if it's a good prosecutor).


I'd say the shooter would get a lighter sentence (discharge of a weapon / attempted murder)... but the other guy (the one shot) wasn't in "imediat danger" from the shooter (guy with a shot leg isn't much of a danger to the man with a gun... so if the shooter was going to kill him, he would have... most likely the shooter ran after the shooting)

So both people are going to get charged... you can't kill your wifes killer, you can't kill your own assaulter (unless he continues to assault with "deadly force" [meaning he KEEPS shooting, not just shoots once])

but I don' know nothin'
