The guy I've been dating for two years (not exclusively because of our schedules) randomly asked me yesterday for my address. We see each other every week, so I know that he doesn't need it to get directions for when he's coming this week. I didn't pay too much attention and didn't ask.
I gave it to him, but not the apartment number. Today, he asks for my apartment number, and this time I got curious as to why he was asking. He just told me it was because he thought it was the same apartment number as a friend of his. This seemed weird to me.
Do you think he's sending me something? Maybe for Valentine's Day? I don't think so just because he's said before he doesn't like the holiday, and we didnt do anything last year
But I did also get him a birthday present, when he didn't get me one (I insisted I didn't want anything, we went out instead, so it's not just some neglect on his part.) But maybe he feels guilty now he didn't get me anything?
Any thoughts on why he would randomly ask for my address?
I should add: He's staying with me Monday and Tuesday because he has to work nearby, so I figured maybe he's just getting directions from the job...but then why ask for my apartment number?
