Gwyneth Paltrow insisted on Twitter that she wrote "every word" of her 2011 cookbook, My Father's Daughter, without the help of a ghostwriter. A New York Times article last week said Gwyneth—along with many other celebrities, chefs and celebrity chefs —don't write their own cookbooks or even develop and taste all the recipes included.
