My friend and i decided we are going to sign up for a gym membership we have never gone to the gym before and just want to know what is the best plan for us to do while we are there. We already eat healthy and we want to go to the gym for and hour three days a week. So what is the best plan for us? I was thinking 20 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes spinning, 20 minutes elliptical, and 10 minutes weights? But i have no idea i am a newbie.
