Hard Bump under tongue on front wall of gum?

I just noticed this for about a week. It doesn't hurt and when looking at the mirror you can't even see it. All I know is when I put my tongue on it I can feel it- it's like a bone kind of, it's really small. There is only one bump and it has no pain at all. The only reason why I know its there is cause my tongue can feel it. I'm only 15 years old and haven't had sex yet. Any clue what this is? Do you think it could be cancer or an infection?
