Hardgainer nutrition plan?

Im 16 about 5'6 115-125 LBS , I workout BUT i dont get good results because i dont have a proper nutriton although i do eat whenever i see food (very high metabolism). does anyone know where a ectomorph hardgainer can get a good diet and exercise plan from a site or can someone tell me? Like how much of this should i have and when , and how often should i workout? also i would like to try and avoid protein powders but if i really need it i will take some..
