I understand how Draco was the owner of the wand but I was rereading the Battle at Malfoy Manor recently and Harry only wrestles Draco's wand from him. It says in the wandlore the Elder Wand goes into your possession when you defeat the previous owner but how do people who've read the books define defeat?
Was it from Harry simply grabbing the 3 wands off Draco or did he disarm him at some other point?
How do you define defeating the previous owner? Is it through force of any kind, so if Draco had given Harry the wand it wouldn't have passed on it's loyalty but because it was against Draco's will, the wand became Harry's?
If someone had multiple wands (one being the Elder Wand) and you stole one from them would the Elder Wand become yours as well?
Thanks x
