Has any one else been crammed on their ATT bill?

I just found out that a scam company called "Talent and More" had tacked on a 19.95 charge to my phone bill. I don't know who they are. I called ATT and they said that its a third party charge and that they can't stop them, that I had to call the crammer and if I wanted, the FCC. Of course this is the weekend so they aren't there.

I was wondering if anyone else had this happen, and what was your success in dealing with it? What did you do?
