Ron Paul used to write a newsletter back in the '80s and '90s called the Ron Paul Political Report. The name was changed to the Ron Paul Survival Report in 1993 due to the fact that the newsletter was becoming so popular with the many lunatic militia groups around the country. It was around the time the survivalist movement was peaking. The report had around 7,000 subscribers and was eight pages long. The mainstream media has yet to be able to track down a copy of the newsletter because it was largely only sent to nut jobs. Ron Paul still has copies, but he refuses to make them public because of the horrifying words contained in those pages. One of his supporters did, however, post a copy of a newsletter to a newsgroup in 1993.Here’s a sample: "Opinion polls consistently show that only about 5% of blacks have sensible political opinions, i.e. support the free market, individual liberty and the end of welfare and affirmative action."Although "we are told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers.""Black males age 13 that have been raised on the streets and who have joined criminal gangs are as big, strong, tough, scary, and culpable as any adult and should be treated as such.""The Earth Summit is the creepiest meeting of politicos since the first gathering of Bolsheviks. Officially known as the UN Conference for Environment and Development, it will be held in Brazil in June; bad guys from all over the globe will attend."http://www.austinchronicle.com/issues/vol16/issue9/pols.paul.side.htmlhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Paulhttp://www.jewcy.com/daily_shvitz/ron_paul_not_so_fond_of_blackshttp://www.salon.com/news/feature/2007/06/02/ron_paul/index_np.htmlHere John McD, I apolog....."I could never say this in the campaign, but those words weren't really written by me. ... It wasn't my language at all.""A campaign spokesman for Paul said statements about the fear of black males mirror pronouncements by black leaders such as the Rev. Jesse Jackson, who has decried the spread of urban crime.Paul continues to write the newsletter for an undisclosed number of subscribers, the spokesman said."....I take that back.Oh, and DAVID DUKE LOVES RON!http://www.davidduke.com/general/security-and-prosperity-partnership-of-north-america_1001.htmlprint

First of all, I have a hard time believing that these are actual excerpts from an actual news letter written by Ron Paul. There's a lot of bullsht out there, you know. All that said, Ron Paul is clearly a starck raving lunatic and I have been saying so ever since I first learned a little bit about him. He's a total Libertarian nut-job who should be launched into outer space so he doesn't contaminate the rest of us...

I have always thought Ron Paul belongs outside of the Republican party. Strange man. Do you have a source?

now im DEFINITELY voting for him. you cant call facts racist, hes got a real head on his shoulders

He is dead on about the Usurper of Nations.Half the other candidates are in the UN's back pocket.

Where's the secret?Incidentally, Paul is a libertarian, ran for President as one once. He's in the GOP because if you want to get elected you have to play the game by their rules. And he's more conservative, except for the war monger part, than a true libertarian.

Holy cow , where did you get that from ?Ron Paul is crazy . And I would greatly appreciate a link to that so that I may 'share' this with the looney Paul fans .

Hmmm... I've been called a "Nut Job" before, but I never got a copy of that report! Now I feel left out. *Pout*Nothing in politics surprises me any more… I get the feeling that our whole country has gone mad.

One of the most amazing things about experience and getting older is maturity. How can anyone hope to show improvement through the years without change. I personally could care less about this kind of information. I would be more interested in his thoughts now, today, the future based on what he has learned so far.

I see you conveniently left out the part of the story that doesn't suit your agenda. He didn't personally write the articles, and he immediately fired the staffer who wrote those things. Forty years of public service and you found one single thing that even Ron Paul immediately condemned & apologized for.An entire career and one thing. Hah. How many illegal campaign fundraising scandals has Hillary been caught at this week? How many of her donors are in jail today? How many turned up dead? Go ahead and sling the mud...lol

If you don't give a source, it's not true and you're just trying (poorly) to smear him.
