Has anyone ever had any bad experiences with eHarmony.com?

My dad is trying to find someone, but doesn't want to go through an online dating experience. So I told him eHarmony. But I wanted to know if there is anyone out there who had something bad go with that internet site?

I used be on it. Its ok. But like everything online, you have to be careful, not give out exact birth dates online, meet in public places, etc.

There is a free site: plentyoffish.com I've been in that for a while, and its every bit as good as eHarmony.
