my daughter was in the care of a state certified professional who said she "turned her head for a second" and when she turned around again, my daughters head was face down. The caretaker also said that my daughter had "swimmies" on her arms. she has been on a ventilator for almost 2 weeks and immobilized by sedatives to avoid her ripping out feeding tubes and ventilator!
