Has anyoone lost weight on a low carb diet and have kept it off?

I was thinking about trying it starting to morrow and wanted to know if you can keep the weight off and how long did it take to lose the weight?
 
Don't do a low-carb diet. You'll starve your brain of energy! Eat lots of fruits and veggies (preferably organice) and drink lots of water. Eat a high energy breakfast. If you skip breakfast, your body will have no energy to burn fat. Exercise and be healthy!
