Has my Dell inspiron 1545 laptop have bluetooth?

It windows 7 operated. There is no Bluetooth icon. My laptop was set back to factory settings with guidance from a Dell guy and rebooted.

You can find out by going to control panel>device manager, and see if there is one in there, if so yes, if not, then no.
