I bought a cheap bottle of 2006 Blanc de Blancs de Loire while I was in Paris last Sunday. I hadn't looked at it since I got back, but there are now what looks like white flakes (sort of crystalized looking) that are in the bottom of it. Is that bad? Is it still drinkable? I bought it to share with some friends and I'd hate to serve them something bad. I carried another bottle of Muscadet Sur Lie (belonging to my friend that went with me) that was stored with my bottle and it doesn't have any flakes in it.
