Has Phonezoo.com changed how it sends ringtones?

It has been several months since I got on phonezoo, but when I did at first and would send a ringtone to my phone, it would show up as a file I just had to save to my phone. However, when I tried to send a ringtone today, it showed up as a internet link that I needed to go to (and obviously connect to the internet) in order to download the tone. I have the same phone ( an AT&T Samsung Strive) as before. What's changed?
 
You should check under the delivery method on your account. Go to the My Zoo tab to see the delivery method. Make sure your carrier says AT&T & that your delivery method says MMS attachment. Otherwise, try contacting Phonezoo directly so they can check on your account.
