Has the Star Wars trilogy been brought out on dvd?

Just about to watch my Star Wars trilogy on vhs (episodes 4,5 and 6). I have never seen them on dvd. Have they ever been released in this format?
I knew it was out on blu ray, but I honestly haven't seen it out here on dvd. I live in Australia
