Yes, The UK and US government are terrorists themselves because they create and fund terrorist groups in order to remove other terrorist groups. Zbigniew Brzezinski even admitted in an interview that he and Jimmy Carter created the Mujaheddin in order to trick the Russians into invading Afghanistan knowing that it would destroy them. Al-Qaeda is a CIA invention as well.
