Hasn't IQS (I quit smoking) franchise already failed in the UK?

In 2006 I looked into buying an IQS franchise however the franchisee's I spoke to said they were struggling and not making any money, so I bought another franchise, which was a good move as all the IQS franchisee went bust. Now in 2010 IQS are trying to sell franchises again, isn't this unethical and dishonest?

I did an IQS treatment to quit smoking in London in 2008 and I quit smoking with one session...and I'm still a smoke free.
For what I know IQS did not fail but they simply closed one branch because the owner of the center wasn't professional enough to be a member of the international network
 
Questionable IQS Franchise

Yes it would be unethical and/or dishonest to resell an IQS franchise which has already failed in the UK.

IQS (I Quit Smoking) operate the same system as Quit Easy | We can make it easy for you which was also a franchise and failed in 2009. It seems this system doesn't work to stop smoking.

No doubt any interested franchisee would discover these failures when they carry out their due diligence, £32,000 is a lot of money to waste on a IQS franchise model which doesn't work and is not sustainable.

Well, I'm not aware what is Quit Easy but IQS did work on me.
I quit smoking in London Vauxhall last September and my wife did the same in December. We paid 350 £ to quit but I'm convinced this is a very good investment for our life. How it can be a bad franchise if the method works so well and with 100 treatments the franchise gets back his investment?
 
Hey penny I’m just curious, what other franchise did you buy into as i am looking to buy into something.

Hi? If learnt about this query by accident, never been a smoker in my life but I stumbled upon this opportunity by accident looking for a franchise.
From day one I was managed professionally but with a very personal and almost frindly attitude. I had my doubts, but I went ahead and bought the franchise! Re-sell a franchise!

To re sell a franchise is totally normal and ethical. It can't add "failed" in front of franchise as it is 99% the franchisee who failed.

As long as the new applicant is aware that there had been a franchise before and has insight into why it failed. looking around at similar areas and success around it would be safe to buy if the new owner follows the successfull franchises of that brand and not make the same mistake.
Franchise is not spelled :"Guaranteed" If it were, then a franchise would be out of reach for most people as it would cost millions!
