Haunted 2000 pontiac bonneville?

My Daughter just got a 2000 bonneville and for some reason the rear windows will just go down when the car is started.
The master switch on the drivers door seems fine.
What might cause this.

lol my truck does it sometimes... i think its water in the switch from leaving the windows open in a rainy day... the button gets wet and causes contact randomly....
