Have any space missions visited Saturn?

Pioneer 11 flew by Saturn in 1979.
Voyager 1 visited Saturn in 1980 and flew close to Titan.
Voyager 2 flew by in 1981.
Cassini entered orbit in 2004 and has been there ever since. It deployed the Huygens probe that landed on Titan.

Almost all of our knowledge and good images of the outer planets are due to the Pioneer and Voyager spacecraft of the 1970's. New Horizons, launched in 2006, will be the first probe that I know of since then to go out that way, so we will likely finally get some new knowledge and pictures. It will also be the first to visit Pluto, which should be interesting because the best picture we have of Pluto is just a pixelated blur.

There have been a couple of satellites that have passed by. One of them landed on one of the moons there which is covered in a dense cloud and has the surface texture similar to a marshmallow.
