Have I eaten healthy so far today? Or is this too much?

Breakfast(5:45 am)- two cups of special K and an apple.

snack(9:40 am)- Kashi granola bar

Lunch(noon)- peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread. I used as little peanut butter as possible and I peeled the crust off the bread. I also ate one orange.

Afternoon snack(3:00 p.m)- small frozen banana. Half of a whole grain pita with hummus, and the other half with half a slice of swiss cheese. 1 apple.

Is this good so far today?
I'm 5'3 and about 113 pounds. I'm trying to lose a couple pounds. Not much.


How many calories should my dinner be?
