A while back I updated my Blackberry 9700 to OS 6, I think the software may have been cracked because I'm not sure if it was from the official RIM website
My blackberry has become very slow and I wanted to downgrade, but I can't figure out how
I have insurance through my phone provider, Tmobile, which my phone needs to go back to because one of the buttons are broken
Have I updated my software illegally and what do I do if I have?
I didn't think it was illegal to update it
Also will my insurer care that it possibly is a cracked version?
