Have I sprained my ankle?

I was playing netball a week ago on Thursday and I got my foot caught around another players and rolled over on it and then continued to stumble forward. I was kept on the court and played for around 45 Minutes the day after I noticed bruising at the top of my foot by the toes and i have had sharp shooting pains through my ankle bone on the inside and outside ever since, it also hurts to put too much weight on it,
any ideas?
