Have to stay in a lounge instead of a dorm room?

I am going to siue and I found out that I will be in a lounge with a few other people rather than being in a dorm room because they ran out of space for fall semester. Has anyone gone through this? I feel like it is going to be a bad experience. What is it like?

at my school that was only the situation for a few weeks not the entire semester. This is due to people moving off campus or nto showing up. It is not that bad they convert to lounge to a dorm room. You might have three people not just two in it.
