auestion is,do i have a modem internally?i nshare a connection at home with 1 other person,and when he resets his modem...external,in cannot get internet itt says no internet access..is there a way to know if i have a modem? and how to reset?
 
Yes it has a modem but you have to have a service provider to connect to the Internet and you need to have an account with the service provider and a name and password then set it up to connect with a modem.
