Have you ever been greeted by a holy kiss(a la Romans 16:16)?

I did encounter it early in my life practised by the FLDS sect my father belonged to. (Men to men, women to women on the forehead or upper cheek only) Does anybody know of any other denominations so practising it?

It is mentioned 5 times in the New Testament. It is practiced within certain branches of the Amish
. I am not a member . You walk up shake hands and say Greetings brother and then press your lips to their lips and look like you are trying to pass a difficult bowel movement. There is no tongue involved.
My roommate was a member and has been holy kissed . Non members just get a barely who are you and why are you wearing such wild colors look. The women wear doilies on their heads, small bits of lace and dresses. You are shunned if you fall into sin no one will holy kiss you. They have CM meetings church members and decide who will be shunned and no one will eat with you. The services last all Sunday morning with a break for a meal and then another horrific service. The men all dress like undertakers with dark blue or black suits. They do not date but marriages take place when someone expresses mutual interest and the elders act as representatives.
There is no paid pastorate which I like and there is a group of elders who preside. The draw lots to see who talks and open the Bible randomly and talk. It is very biblical but my town is chock full of them and it is like being transported backward into time.
I have had neighbors pulling up stumps against my will because they are Mennonite farmers who secretly want to build a barn but live in a city now. While they are in your yard, they tell you how you need to spray your dandelions and clean something else up while you are at it. Send help.
I am related to a clan of these people . They are frightening and crawl around my yard gardening against my will. Please send help I am really not kidding.
